Our nursery children have been enjoying hands-on gardening activities. They've been busy planting nasturtium and cress seeds in small pots; carefully covering them with soil and taking turns watering them each day. Year 2 children stepped back in time to the 17th century as they experienced the dramatic events of the Great Fire of London. Through a lively storytelling workshop and fun role-playing activities, the children became part of the story themselves. Taking on roles such as town officials, boatmen, and townspeople, the children helped bring the events to life.
