Nursery and Reception children have been having lots of fun at our petrol station and car wash. You can't zoom around the playground track without eventually running out of fuel or picking up a bit of dustbut luckily, our young drivers have everything they need on site. From filling up their tanks and paying at the register to scrubbing down their vehicles, they're not only having a great time, but also learning about transport, teamwork, and real-life experiences through imaginative play. #CarWash #carwash #wash #petrol #petrolstation #imaginativeplay #imaginativeplaytime #playtime #surrey #greensandmultiacademytrust #multiacademytrust #reigate #surreyschools #foundationstages #schoolreception #surreyhills #earlyyears #reigateandbanstead

Our nursery children have been enjoying hands-on gardening activities. They've been busy planting nasturtium and cress seeds in small pots; carefully covering them with soil and taking turns watering them each day. Through this activity, they've learned that seedlings need soil, water, sunlight, air, and space to grow strong and healthy. We're just as excited as they are to watch their little gardens come to life. #gardening #childrengardening #planting #plantingseeds #littlegardeners #surrey #multiacademytrust #greensandmultiacademytrust #reigate #surreyschools #infantschool #earlyyears #reigateandbanstead

As part of our May Author of the Month, we've been learning about Michael Bond and the much-loved character Paddington Bear. The children discovered that Paddington got his name because he was found at London's Paddington Station with only a suitcase and a note. Honouring his timeless contributions to children's literature, Michael Bond's cheerful picture lights up our literary wall of fame in our school library! #author #AuthorOfTheMonth #authorofthemonth #michaelbond #library #paddingtonbear #paddingtonbear #books #SchoolLibrary #schoollibrary #surrey #multiacademytrust #greensandmultiacademytrust #reigate #surreyschools #infantschool #schoolreception #surreyhills #reigateandbanstead

Year 2 children stepped back in time to the 17th century as they experienced the dramatic events of the Great Fire of London. Through a lively storytelling workshop and fun role-playing activities, the children became part of the story themselves. Taking on roles such as town officials, boatmen, and townspeople, the children helped bring the events to life. It was a fantastic way to explore history and learn some amazing facts along the way. #greatfireoflondon #greatfireoflondon1666 #greatfireoflondonworkshop #workshops #workshop #history #london #londonhistory #surrey #multiacademytrust #greensandmultiacademytrust #reigate #surreyschools #surreyhills #reigateandbanstead
