Our talented music club children showed off everything they've learned this year with a fantastic live performance. The whole school put their sporting talents on display at our annual Action Stations Sports Day. They raced through challenges, navigating obstacles with impressive energy, focus, and teamwork, doing their very best at every activity. Reception classes have had a wonderful time toasting marshmallows in our woodland area. This fun and interactive experience was not only tasty but also educational. While gathered around the fire, the children learned some very important lessons about fire safety, like keeping a safe distance, always having an adult nearby, and how to act responsibly around open flames. As part of our Author of the Month celebration, we've been exploring the work of Rachel Bright, whose wonderful picture books feature animals and explore meaningful themes. Inspired by her stories, the children have created their own books based on their favourite animals. A selection of these is now proudly displayed on our library board for everyone to enjoy.
