At Holmesdale School we use Restorative Approaches as a way of helping resolve conflict situations and it is part of our Behaviour Policy.
This approach holds children to account for their actions, whilst developing their emotional intelligence. This approach is a proven way of fostering long-term change and developing healthy relationships.
